Claims (6)
- 성형품의 크랙이나 주름을 방지하기 위해, 블랭크(300)의 온도 변화에 따른 물성치 및 두께감소율 변화를 고려하여 금형면과 블랭크(300)의 형상을 결정하는 금형면 및 블랭크 설계단계(S100);상기 블랭크(300)의 급냉을 위해 금형면과 블랭크(300)의 형상을 고려하여 금형(100,500) 내부의 냉각홀(130)의 규격과 배치를 결정하고, 냉각홀(130)의 유동해석(S230) 및 블랭크(300)의 냉각해석(S240)을 통하여 결정된 냉각홀(130)의 규격과 배치를 조정하는 냉각홀 설계단계(S200);상기 냉각홀(130)이 형성된 금형(100,500)의 응력분포를 계산하고, 허용응력과의 비교를 통해 냉각홀(130)의 규격과 배치를 조정하는 구조해석 단계(S300); 및상기 금형(100,500)의 마모해석을 통해 금형(100,500)의 재질 및 코팅법을 결정하는 마모해석 단계(S400);를 포함하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 구조해석 단계(S300)는 상기 냉각홀 설계단계(S200)의 유동해석(S230) 및 냉각해석(S240)과 함께 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 냉각홀(130)의 규격과 배치는, 냉각홀(130)의 길이, 직경, 냉각홀(130) 간의 거리, 냉각홀(130)과 금형(100,500) 표면과의 거리에 의하여 결정 및 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 유동해석(S230)은 금형(100,500)의 표면에 근접하는 냉각홀(130)의 유동의 균일 정도와 유속을 파악하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 냉각해석(S240)은 블랭크(300)가 금형(100,500) 내부에서 가압에 의해 성형품(400)으로 성형된 상태에서 수행되고, 냉각홀(130)과의 열전달, 가압온도 및 가압시간을 포함하는 조건을 통하여 마텐자이트 조직의 정출 여부를 파악하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마모해석(S400)은 금형(100,500)이 반복된 프레스 작업을 통하여 정상상태 온도에 도달한 상태에서 금형(100,500)의 표면이 마모되는 정도를 파악하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스성형 금형의 설계방법.
