Claims (3)
- 핫 스템핑금형을 구간별로 선정하여 각 단면을 추출하는 단계;냉각채널의 설계변수를 입력하는 단계;상기 설계변수에 따른 냉각효과를 추출된 각 단면별로 해석하는 단계;상기 해석 결과에서 각 단면별로 최적의 설계변수 값을 산출하는 단계;상기 산출된 최적의 설계변수 값을 조합하여 3차원 냉각채널을 설계하는 단계;를 포함하는 핫 스템핑금형의 냉각채널 설계방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각채널의 설계변수는 냉각홀의 직경과, 냉각홀간의 거리와, 냉각홀과 핫 스템핑금형의 표면과의 거리를 포함하는 핫 스템핑금형의 냉각채널 설계방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 3차원 냉각채널을 설계하는 단계 이후에, CFD(Computational fluid dynamics)방식으로 냉각효과를 해석하는 단계;상기 해석 결과를 토대로 3차원 냉각채널의 설계를 수정하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 핫 스템핑금형의 냉각채널 설계방법.
