Claims (4)
- 코일에 전류를 흘린 후 상기 전류를 끊고 상기 코일에 유기되는 전류의 진동수를 측정하여 외부 자기장의 세기를 산출하는 양자세차 자력계 센서에 있어서,상기 코일은 토로이드 코일(toroidal coil)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모든 방향에서 측정할 수 있는 양자세차 자력계 센서.
- 코일에 전류를 흘린 후 상기 전류를 끊고 상기 코일에 유기되는 전류의 진동수를 측정하여 외부 자기장의 세기를 산출하는 양자세차 자력계 센서에 있어서,상기 코일은 두 개의 솔레노이드 코일(solenoid coil)이 수직으로 연결되거나, N(N은 3이상의 정수)개의 솔레노이드 코일이 다각형 형태로 연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모든 방향에서 측정할 수 있는 양자세차 자력계 센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 모든 방향에서 측정할 수 있는 양자세차 자력계 센서는,상기 코일은 탄화수소계 용매가 채워진 비자성 용기에 담겨지고, 측정장치와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모든 방향에서 측정할 수 있는 양자세차 자력계 센서.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 측정장치는,상기 코일에 유기된 전류의 진동수를 측정하는 카운터와,상기 코일에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급원과,상기 코일에 공급하는 전류를 스위칭하는 릴레이를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모든 방향에서 측정할 수 있는 양차세차 자력계 센서.
