Claims (9)
- 디스크 형상의 바디;상기 바디의 일면에 부착되어 취부되는 디스크 형상의 완충부;상기 완충부의 표면에 부착되어 취부되는 디스크 형상의 세정부;를 포함하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정부는,연마제를 10 ~ 90% 함유한 폴리 우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연마제는,세륨 옥사이드와 수산화 알루미늄 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정부는,표면이 반복되는 단차 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정부는,그 모서리 부분이 곡면 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 완충부는,EVA 폼(foam)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바디부는,PVC로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세정부에는 세정액을 분사하는 세정액 분사구가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브러쉬.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 디스크 브러쉬를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기판 세정장치.
