Claims (9)
- 위쪽에 형성된 관통공으로 공기가 유입되는 유입구와 아래쪽에 형성된 관통공으로 공기 및 액체가 빠져나가는 유출구 및 내부가 비어 있는 응결조를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 응결조 내부로 유입된 공기를 냉각하여 공기 중에 포함된 수증기 등 액화 가능물질을 응결시키는 응결부;한쪽 끝에는 외부와 연결된 흡기구가 형성되고 다른 쪽 끝은 상기 유입구와 연결되어, 액화 가능물질을 포함하는 외부의 공기를 상기 응결조 내부로 보내는 흡기부;상기 유출구와 연결되어 상기 응결조 내부에서 냉각된 공기와 응결된 액체가 모이는 집수부; 및한쪽 끝에는 외부와 연결된 배기구가 형성되고 다른 쪽 끝은 상기 집수부의 위쪽에 형성된 관통공인 배출구에 연결되어 액체의 수집이 끝난 공기를 배출하는 배기부를 포함하여 구성되며;자체적인 냉각기를 구비하지 않고, 상기 응결부를 냉장고 등 냉각기를 구비하는 장비의 내부에 설치하여 내부 공기를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 응결조 내부에 탈착 가능하게 설치되는 복수 개의 냉각판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉각판이 여러 개의 통공이 형성된 판상의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉각판이 열전도율이 높은 금속재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡기구에 공기 정화용 필터가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡기구에 흡기용 팬이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배기구의 높이를 조절하는 조절수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유입구와 유출구를 가열하는 가열 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진 장치.
- 가열에 의해 액화 가능물질을 포함하는 공기를 생성하며, 내부의 공기가 한 곳으로만 배출되는 조리기구;위쪽에 형성된 관통공으로 공기가 유입되는 유입구와 아래쪽에 형성된 관통공으로 공기 및 액체가 빠져나가는 유출구 및 내부가 비어 있는 응결조를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 응결조 내부로 유입된 공기를 냉각하여 공기 중에 포함된 액화 가능물질을 응결시키는 응결부;한쪽 끝에는 상기 조리기구의 공기가 배출되는 곳에 체결된 흡기구가 형성되 고 다른 쪽 끝은 상기 유입구와 연결되어, 액화 가능물질을 포함하는 공기를 상기 응결조 내부로 보내는 흡기부;상기 유출구와 연결되어 상기 응결조 내부에서 냉각된 공기와 응결된 액체가 모이는 집수부; 및한쪽 끝에는 외부와 연결된 배기구가 형성되고 다른 쪽 끝은 상기 집수부의 위쪽에 형성된 관통공인 배출구에 연결되어 액체의 수집이 끝난 공기를 배출하는 배기부를 포함하여 구성되며;자체적인 냉각기를 구비하지 않고, 상기 응결부를 냉장고 등 냉각기를 구비하는 장비의 내부에 설치하여 내부 공기를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 응결 촉진식 조리 장치.
