Abstract

The low pressure plasma spraying capsule system prevents the workshop from polluting by installing the heat exchanger that cools the high temperature gas down between the vacuum vessel(8) and the vacuum pump(19) and the dust collection filter(12) which filters the dusts not forming capsule. Meanwhile, to control the sprayer(13) movement, the appropriate sprayer transferring system(14) for the process and the base metal workbench(15) are installed. The required transferring system control regulating part(7) is installed next to the sprayer system control part(6) to control the movement of the sprayer transferring system(14) and the base metal workbench(15).
