Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sugar dissolving device for supplying nutrients (sugar liquid) to bees at a time when bees are less active in a bee business that collects honey. By continuously circulating the sugar and water contained in the dissolution container to produce sugar liquid, not only can the worker prepare sugar liquid without labor but also one pump dissolves the water needed for the sugar liquid manufacturing process. The present invention relates to a sugar bee dissolver that can be fed to bees by pumping high quality sugar liquid prepared in a dissolution vessel while injecting it into the container.
In general, beekeepers search for wheat source plants to obtain good honey and collect the honey. In order to increase the amount of honey, bees are sufficient for infertility such as winter season, rainy season, and atomizer, which are less active. When honey cannot be harvested naturally, or when the amount of wheat is not enough to be fed into the milking machine, it is necessary to cultivate excellent and active bees by supplying the nutrients such as sugar liquid to supplement the nutrients.
In other words, when the bees are less active, such as winter and rainy seasons, when the bees are not able to harvest honey naturally, or when the bees are weak because of the infertility, the bee is unable to self-sufficient. It is necessary to supplement the bees with nutrients artificially.
Recently, the bee is not only cheaper to buy but also uses sugar liquid containing the nutrients needed for bees. To make sugar liquid, water is put in a suitable container, and sugar and water are added to it. Stir evenly to produce sugar liquids with the appropriate sugar and concentration.
In particular, the bee farming industry needs a large amount of sugar liquid depending on the season, and it takes a lot of time to make the sugar liquid required for this, and it is necessary to stir enough water and sugar powder so that sugar powder can be dissolved in water. Labor is needed.
However, most beekeepers neglect this because it takes a lot of time to make a large amount of sugar liquid to a sugar and concentration suitable for bees, and also requires a lot of labor because the worker must stir enough water and sugar powder. There was a problem that could not supply the sugar solution of the appropriate sugar and concentration.
Therefore, since the bees do not supply high-quality sugar liquids, the activity is excellent and healthy bees cannot be grown, so the amount of wheat is reduced and a large amount of labor and time are required to produce a large amount of sugar liquid.
In order to improve these conventional problems, the applicant can not only prepare sugar liquids without labor, but also shorten the working time, facilitate the cleaning of the dissolution container, and produce high quality sugar liquids to bees. As a technology that can be supplied, Korean Patent Application No. 10-2007-0106651 (Sugar Sugar Dissolver) has been applied.
The present invention is a technology devised to solve the problems caused by the manufacturing process of sugar liquid in the conventional beekeeping industry, not only can the worker prepare sugar liquid without labor, but also pumps the water required for the sugar liquid manufacturing process In order to produce high quality sugar liquid by circulating enough sugar and water in the melting container by applying one pump and injection tube to inject into the melting container and pump the high quality sugar liquid produced in the melting container to be supplied to the bees. It is a main object to provide a sugar dissolver for beekeeping.
The present invention is to realize the desired object as described above,
A dissolution vessel containing sugar and water; A pump for circulating suction pumping water and sugar contained in the dissolution container; An injection tube placed in the dissolution vessel and spraying sugar and water pumped by the pump into the dissolution vessel; A suction pipe in which the sugar and water accommodated in the dissolution container are sucked by a pump and equipped with a valve; Sugar and water pumped from the pump comprises a discharge tube is injected into the injection tube.
On the other hand, an embodiment of the present invention is made of a suction branch pipe equipped with a valve at the bottom of the dissolution vessel and the suction pipe, the discharge branch pipe is installed in the discharge pipe in which sugar and water is injected into the injection pipe from the pump is installed. .
According to an embodiment of the present invention, by applying a single pump and the injection tube to continuously circulate the sugar and water contained in the dissolution vessel to produce a sugar liquid, not only can the worker prepare a sugar liquid without labor One pump injects water required for the preparation of sugar liquid into the dissolution vessel while pumping high-quality sugar liquid produced in the dissolution vessel to provide bees.
Referring to Figures 1 to 7 shown in the drawings the configuration according to an embodiment of the present invention in more detail as follows.
First of all, the main point in the embodiment of the present invention is that the worker can easily prepare the sugar liquid without labor, and in addition to injecting the water necessary for the process of preparing the sugar liquid into the dissolution vessel with one pump, It is to provide a sugar dissolver that can be fed to bees by pumping high-quality sugar.
Next, looking at the main configuration of the beekeeping sugar dissolver according to an embodiment of the present invention, a pump for circulating by suction pumping the sugar and water accommodated in the
