Description
Claims (7)
- 절연 재료로 제조되고 전지(1)의 전극단에 장착된 연결 블록(2)을 포함하고,상기 연결 블록(2)의 양쪽 단부에 각각 직렬 연결 기구가 설치되고, 상기 연결 블록(2)의 주변에 각각 병렬 연결 기구가 설치되며,상기 직렬 연결 기구 내에 전지(1)의 전극단과 전기적으로 연결된 도전성 스트립(3)이 설치되고,상기 도전성 스트립(3)은 병렬 연결 기구의 매칭면으로 인출되어, 상기 연결 블록(2)이 각각 장착된 두개의 전지(1)가 병렬 연결될 때에 두 연결 블록(2)상의 도전성 스트립(3)이 전기적으로 연결되도록 하는, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 직렬 연결 기구는 상기 연결 블록(2)의 양쪽 단부에 설치된 제1 삽입홈(21)과 제2 삽입홈(22)이며,상기 제1 삽입홈(21)은 상기 전지(1)가 직접 삽입되도록 구성하고,상기 제2 삽입홈(22)의 내부에는 상기 도전성 스트립(3)이 장착되고,상기 도전성 스트립(3)은 상기 제1 삽입홈(21) 내의 전지(1)와 전기적으로 연결되며, 직렬 연결할 때에, 다른 전지(1)의 전극단을 상기 도전성 스트립(3)이 장착된 상기 제2 삽입홈(22)에 삽입하는, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 병렬 연결 기구는 상기 연결 블록(2)의 네 측면 위에 설치된 두개의 더브테일 홈(23) 및 더브테일 블록(24)이며,상기 도전성 스트립(3)은 각각 더브테일 홈(23) 또는 더브테일 블록(24)의 매칭면 위로 인출되고, 병렬 연결할 때에, 상기 연결 블록(2)과 도전성 스트립(3)이 동일하게 장착된 복수개의 전지(1)는 상기 더브테일 홈(23) 및 더브테일 블록(24)에 의해서 삽입고정되고, 전지(1) 사이는 상기 도전성 스트립(3)에 의해서 전기적으로 연결된, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 삽입홈(21)과 제2 삽입홈(22)사이에 세트 칼라(25)가 설치되고,상기 세트 칼라(25)는 상기 연결 블록(2)과 일체를 이루며, 상기 세트 칼라(25)의 중간에 관통홀(26)이 설치되고,상기 도전성 스트립(3)의 중간은 중공을 이루며,중공부에 제1 삽입홈(21)으로 돌출한 두개의 콘택트 스트립(31)이 설치되고,상기 콘택트 스트립(31)은 상기 관통홀(26)을 거쳐 상기 제1 삽입홈(21) 내에 삽입설치된 전지(1)에 용접 연결되고, 상기 연결 블록(2)은 상기 도전성 스트립(3)과 전지(1) 사이에 끼워설치된 상기 세트 칼라(25)를 통해서 전지(1)와 상대적으로 고정된, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 도전성 스트립(3)의 가장자리에 복수개의 외부로 절곡되어 성형된 크램프 스프링(32)이 설치되고,상기 도전성 스트립(3)이 설치된 상기 제2 삽입홈(22)에 삽입된 전지(1)는 상기 크램프 스프링(32)에 의해서 걸림고정되어 전기적으로 연결된, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 더브테일 홈(23) 또는 더브테일 블록(24)의 매칭면과 상기 크램프 스프링(32) 사이에 U자 모양의 인출 스트립(33)이 삽입설치되고,상기 U자 모양의 인출 스트립(33)의 한쪽면은 상기 크램프 스프링(32)과 제2 삽입홈(22)의 측벽 사이에 삽입설치되어 상기 크램프 스프링(32)과 전기적으로 연결되며,다른 한쪽면은 상기 더브테일 홈(23) 또는 더브테일 블록(24)의 매칭면에 위치하고, 병렬 연결할 때에, 상기 더브테일 홈(23) 또는 더브테일 블록(24)의 매칭면에 위치한 U자 모양 인출 스트립(33)의 한쪽면은 다른 전지(1) 상에 장착된 U자 모양 인출 스트립(33)의 한쪽면과 전기적으로 연결된, 전지 연결 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 U자 모양 인출 스트립(33)의 양쪽면에 각각 외부로 향하는 볼록부가 설치된 탄성 스트립(34)이 삽입된, 전지 연결 장치.
