Abstract
Description
The present invention is a step of producing a wild plant dandelion and thistle powder.
The present invention is a composition technology of a basic food for use as a material for making a variety of foods by using a dandelion and thistle, which have been transmitted by our people for a long time, not by folk remedies.
The present invention is simply to collect the dandelion and thistle and dry it to form a powder as a feature of the manufacturing process is characterized by the method of seasoning to add the taste in the step of drying to form the powder.
Dandelion and thistle, which is a wild plant, is made of powder and adds a tasteful way. To dry the dandelion and thistle, it consists of 90% points of the dried wild plants and 10% points of salt 6% point fermentation seasoning. It consists of 4% points and is made into powder.
The process of drying dandelions and thistles, which are wild plants, is handled like other vegetables, and the chemical method is adopted.The dried wilde and thistles are dried, leaving only 3% of moisture, which is then dried. The remaining 10% points are made by adding a seasoning material, mixing the whole, and then pulverizing it into powder.
Therefore, two wild buckwheat and thistles were seasoned according to the type of food they cooked without the addition of seasonings.
Because all processed foods take advantage of the characteristics that start with powder, the present invention can contribute to the improvement of human health by developing foods without considering weeds and thistles containing nutrients and functionalities as weeds. It is also expected to benefit farm household income.
In order to carry out the present invention, the wild naesae and thistles are collected and dried to set the name of each code for the manufacturing step for the composition to form a powder and accordingly perform the manufacturing process.

In order to realize the present invention, the dandelion collected in the wild mountain or grown in the farmhouse is set as the sign (1), and the thistle is set as the sign (2).
