Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mixed powder of dandelions and thistles is provided to improve usability of the mixed powder in all kinds of food, and to manufacture the mixed powder by mixing salt and fermented seasoning in the dried dandelions and thistles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mixed powder of dandelions(1) and thistles(2) includes the following steps: washing and mixing the dandelion 45 weight% and the thistles 45 weight%; drying the washed dandelions and the thistles to a moisture content of 3%; mixing the dried dandelions and the thistles with 4 weigh% of fermented seasoning and 5 weigh% of salt; powdering a mixture by a pulverizing device; and drying the powder with solar heat for 3 hours.
