Claims (5)
- 극저온 냉매를 공급하는 냉동시스템(10)과 초전도 회전자(20)의 사이에 결합되어 극저온 냉매를 초전도 회전자(20)의 내측에 형성된 증발기(23)로 공급 및 회수하는 극저온 냉매 공급장치에 있어서,상기 냉동시스템(10)에서 냉각된 극저온 액체 냉매를 상기 증발기(23)로 공급하고, 상기 초전도 회전자(20)와 결합되어 회전되는 냉매도입관(30);상기 냉매도입관(30)과 이격 배치되고, 상기 증발기(23)에서 증발된 극저온 기체 냉매를 회수하여 상기 냉동시스템(10)으로 안내하며, 상기 냉매도입관(30)과 함께 회전되는 냉매회수관(40);상기 냉매도입관(30) 및 냉매회수관(40)의 외측에 고정 배치되고, 내부에 진공단열공간(51)을 형성하는 진공하우징(50);을 포함하는 회전형 극저온 냉매 공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉매도입관(30);은상기 초전도 회전자(20)의 회전중심과 동일한 회전중심으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 극저온 냉매 공급장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉매회수관(40);은상기 냉매도입관(30)을 중심으로 다수개가 원형을 이루며 이격 배치되고, 상기 냉매회수관(40)과 냉동시스템(10)의 사이에 상기 냉매회수관(40)을 통해 회수된 극저온 기체 냉매가 일시 저장되는 냉매회수챔버(41)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 극저온 냉매 공급장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 냉매시스템에서 극저온 액체냉매를 공급하도록 고정 배치된 연결관(11)이 구비되고, 상기 냉매회수챔버(41)의 내측으로 상기 냉매도입관(30)과 연결관(11) 사이를 밀봉하는 미캐니컬씰(31)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 극저온 냉매 공급장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,회전되는 상기 냉매도입관(30) 및 냉매회수관(40)과 고정된 상기 진공하우징(50) 사이를 밀봉하는 자성 유체씰(52)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 극저온 냉매 공급장치.
