Description

Counterweight Hoisting Equipment for Excavators {COUNTERWEIGHT HOISTING MECHANISM FOR EXCAVATOR}

The present invention relates to a construction machine having a counterweight or a balance weight, and more particularly, to a counterweight hoisting apparatus for easily attaching and detaching a counterweight to a body frame of an excavator.

Construction machinery such as excavators or forklift trucks typically have a counterweight or balance weight made from casting. Such a counter waiter is mounted behind the body frame of the construction machine to maintain the construction machine's balance when acting on the load on the construction machine.

This counterweight is generally fastened to the frame using a plurality of bolts and nuts. Since the mating surface of the counterweight and the body frame engaged with the counterweight extends substantially vertically, a plurality of bolts must be inserted into each bolt fastener while supporting the weight counterweight. In addition, the counterweight of the weight should be moved and adjusted for the engagement position with respect to the body frame. Therefore, fastening the counterweight to the body frame is a difficult and time consuming task.

Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2001-151487 discloses a counterweight mounting method that reduces the time and effort for mounting the counterweight to a vehicle body frame.

In the said Japanese patent, a mounting component is provided in the rear axle frame extending rearward from the vehicle body frame. More specifically, the counterweight is temporarily mounted on the mounting parts of the rear axle frame, and then the counterweight is moved vertically, horizontally and laterally so that the bolts provided on the body frame coincide with the bolt fasteners formed on the counterweight. Adjust the position of the counter waiter. Thereafter, the bolt and the nut are tightened to couple the counterweight to the body frame.

According to the Japanese patent, the counterweight is coupled to the vehicle body frame while the counterweight is mounted on the mounting component. However, while adjusting the position of the counterweight, the bolt must be inserted into the corresponding bolt fastener. Therefore, the time and effort for coupling the counterweight to the body frame does not shorten sufficiently.

In order to solve the above problems, a counterweight hoisting apparatus having a hydraulic cylinder or a crane has been proposed. The hydraulic cylinder or crane uses power of the construction machine itself, and is configured to mount the counterweight on the rear of the vehicle body using hydraulic pressure.

1 to 3 show a counterweight hoisting apparatus using a conventional hydraulic cylinder.

The counterweight hoisting device includes a counterweight 10, a pair of brackets 22 installed at the rear of the vehicle body 20, a hydraulic cylinder 24 having a lower end rotatably mounted to the brackets 22, A link 38 pivotally connects the counterweight 10 and the hydraulic cylinder 24.

The link 40 connects a pair of cranks 42 and the cranks 42, and the bars 46 rotatably connect the link 40 to the piston rod 26 of the hydraulic cylinder 24. And a pair of connecting rods 44 for connecting the link 40 with the counterweight 10.

One end of the connecting rod 44 is rotatably fixed to the crank 42, and the other end is rotatably fixed to a rod pin provided inside the counterweight. The rod pin is inserted into a mounting hole formed at the other end of the connecting rod, and is also inserted into a mounting hole formed in a predetermined portion of the counterweight.

Conventional counterweight hoisting device has the advantage that it is possible to mount a heavy counterweight in the rear of the vehicle body using the power of the construction machine itself, without using the device provided in the workplace. However, it is not easy to align the mounting hole formed in the other end of the connecting rod with the mounting hole formed in the predetermined portion of the counterweight.

In particular, it is very difficult to align the mounting hole of the connecting rod and the mounting hole of the counterweight in a site with an uneven ground such as a construction site.

In order to align the mounting holes of the connecting rod and the counterweight, there is a need to operate the construction machine or move the counterweight. However, aligning the center of the mounting hole by operating construction machinery or by moving the counterweight also requires considerable skill.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a construction machine for easily mounting the counterweight on the rear of the vehicle body by using its own power of the construction machine.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a construction machine for easily mounting the counterweight on the rear of the vehicle body regardless of the place.

In order to achieve the above and other objects of the present invention, a counterweight hoisting apparatus for mounting a counterweight to the rear of the vehicle body of the construction machine, the base plate is mounted to the rear of the vehicle body, and a plurality of through holes are formed; A pair of wires installed on one side of the base plate, the motor / reduction gear assembly including a motor and a reducer, wound in opposite directions to the output shaft of the reducer, and hooks connected to free ends thereof; There is provided a counterweight hoisting device comprising at least two pairs of rollers mounted on a base plate to reverse the direction of the.

The counterweight is equipped with a rod pin for fixing the hook portion of the hook, and a pair of brackets are mounted at the rear of the vehicle to support the counterweight.

According to the configuration of the present invention, since the counterweight is elevated by using a rope, and the counterweight can be easily mounted on the rear of the vehicle body, there is no need to precisely align the construction machine and the counterweight.

The counterweight hoisting apparatus according to the present invention can be mounted on the rear of the vehicle without using a separate hydraulic cylinder or crane, regardless of the location.

Hereinafter, a counterweight hoisting apparatus for a construction machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

The counterweight hoisting apparatus according to the present invention includes a base plate 210 mounted to the rear of the vehicle body 200 of the construction machine. The base plate is preferably manufactured in a rectangular shape, and has a protrusion located between the pair of support brackets 202 protruding to the rear of the vehicle body.

The motor / reduction gear assembly 240 is mounted at the center of the base plate 210. The driving force generated by the motor is decelerated by the reducer and outputted. Such a configuration is well known in the art, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted. The output shaft of the reducer is rotated by the decelerated driving force.

Ropes 250 and 252 are wound in opposite directions to the output shaft of the reducer. The head portions of the hooks 260 are connected to the free ends of the ropes 250 and 252. The head portion of the hook 260 is caught by a rod pin 270 provided at a predetermined portion of the counterweight.

Since the ropes 250 and 252 are wound in mutually opposite directions on the output shaft of the reducer, when the output rotates in either direction, the ropes 250 and 252 move in the same direction to move the counterweight coupled to the hook portion. Can be.

The base plate 210 is equipped with a plurality of rollers 220 and 230 for guiding the ropes 250 and 252, respectively. The pair of rollers 220 is mounted at a point where the ropes 250 and 252 are adjacent to the output shaft of the speed reducer, thereby redirecting the ropes 250 and 252 by 90 degrees. The pair of rollers 230 mounted above the rollers 220 guides the ropes 250 and 252 to the counterweight.

In addition, the base plate 210 is formed with a plurality of through holes 214 for accommodating the bolts. After the base plate 210 is disposed at the rear of the vehicle body, when the bolt is fastened to the frame of the vehicle body through the through hole, the base plate 210 is firmly mounted to the vehicle body.

The motor / reduction gear assembly is configured to be operated by its own power of the construction machine, and can be turned on / off by means of a separate device or means installed in the instrument panel of the driver's seat.

Although the rope is used as a means for elevating the counterweight in the above embodiment, it is possible to elevate the counterweight 100 from the rear of the vehicle body using a chain made of steel.

When the counterweight 100 is placed behind the vehicle body by the motor / reduction gear assembly 240, the counterweight 100 is supported by the support bracket 202. In this state, when the driver or operator inserts and fastens the fastener formed in the support bracket 202 through the fastener formed below the counterweight 100 using a bolt, the counterweight 100 supports the support bracket 202. Is firmly fixed to the Therefore, the horizontal movement of the counterweight 100 is suppressed by the ropes 250 and 252, and the vertical movement is suppressed by the support bracket 202.

According to the above configuration, there is no need to precisely align the construction machine and the counterweight, there is an advantage that the counterweight can be easily mounted on the rear of the vehicle body by lifting the counterweight using the ropes 250 and 252. .
