Description
Claims (14)
- 외부에서 발생하는 소음을 받아들이는 투과홀이 형성되고 투명한 물성을 가진 투명 물질층;상기 투명 물질층에 접합되며 소음의 에너지를 감소시키는 공간이 형성된 흡음구조체를 포함하는 흡음 물질층; 및상기 흡음 물질층에 접합되며 상기 흡음구조체를 통과하는 소음을 반사시키는 후면 물질층을 포함하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 물질층은 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트 및 유리 중에 선택한 어느 하나로 이루어진 층 또는 상기 층들이 조합된 복합층인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과홀은 원형, 사각형, 육각형, 사다리꼴 및 무정형 중에 선택된 어느 하나의 단면을 가질 수 있고, 상기 투명 물질층 방향으로 폭이 좁아지거나 넓어지도록 경사면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투과홀은 상기 흡음판이 설치되는 환경에 따라 상기 단면과 상기 경사면을 상기 흡음판의 위치에 따라 달리 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡음 물질층은 고분자 또는 종이로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡음구조체는 발포에 의한 다공 또는 원형, 사각형, 육각형, 사다리꼴 및 무정형 중에 선택된 어느 하나의 단면을 가진 홀에 의해 상기 소음에너지를 감소시키는 공간을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡음구조체는 상기 흡음 물질층의 일방향으로 연장되는 격벽을 가진 그루브 형태로 상기 구조체의 밑면에는 흡음홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 격벽은 상기 밑면에 대하여 수직하거나 찌그러진 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 물질층 및 상기 흡음 물질층 사이에 직물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제1항 또는 제9에 있어서, 상기 흡음 물질층 및 상기 후면 물질층 사이에 직물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 외부에서 발생하는 소음을 받아들이는 투과홀이 형성되고 투명한 물성을 가진 투명 물질층;상기 투명 물질층에 접합되며 소음의 에너지를 감소시키는 공간이 형성되고 상기 소음을 차단시키는 차단면이 형성된 흡음구조체를 포함하는 흡음 물질층; 및상기 흡음 물질층에 접합되는 후면 물질층을 포함하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 흡음구조체는 발포에 의한 다공 또는 원형, 사각형, 육각형, 사다리꼴 및 무정형 중에 선택된 어느 하나의 단면에 의해 상기 소음에너지를 감소시키는 공간을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음 판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 흡음구조체는 상기 흡음 물질층의 일방향으로 연장되는 격벽을 가진 그루브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 격벽은 상기 밑면에 대하여 수직하거나 찌그러진 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 물질층을 이용한 흡음판.
