Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 외부와 격리된 공간부가 내부에 형성되어 부력을 갖는 통체와 상기 통체의 측면 둘레부 상에 한 개 이상의 접합부가 형성되고 상기 통체의 상부에 광유입구가 형성되며 상기 통체의 하부면에 고정줄이 연결된 부표와, 상기 부표의 상부면에 부착되며 외부와 격리되고 상하부에 광유출구가 구비된 공간부가 형성되고 상기 공간부에 광원제어회로와 광원을 포함하는 광원부와, 상기 광원부의 상부면에 위치되며 태양전지를 포함하는 전원공급부를 포함하는 발광유닛; 및상기 접합부에 형성된 구멍을 통하여 적어도 한 개의 광섬유가 유입되고, 일단부가 상기 부표 통체의 상부면의 광유입구에 배치되고, 접합부를 통하여 부표 통체 외부로 연장된 광섬유가 투명관으로 둘러싸인 선발광부를 포함하는 수중발광장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광원부는 상부 광유출구 상에 부착된 상부 발광체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중발광장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 광원은 엘이디인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중발광장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 선발광부를 통하여 연결되는 다수의 발광유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중발광장치.
