Claims (6)
- 측정물의 레벨을 측정하는 레벨 감지 장치에 있어서,회로기판;상기 회로기판의 일면과 타면에 서로 다른 면적으로 형성된 제1전극 및 제2전극;상기 제1전극 위와 상기 제2전극 위에 각각 다른 두께로 형성된 제1유전층 및제2유전층 및상기 회로기판을 통하여 상기 제1전극 및 제2전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극으로부터 측정되는 각각의 측정값을 이용하여 상기 측정물의 레벨을 판단하는 판단부를 포함하는 레벨 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극의 면적과 상기 제1유전층 및 상기 제2유전층의 두께는상기 레벨 감지 장치가 공기 중에 노출된 경우상기 제1전극에 형성되는 정전용량이 상기 제2전극에 형성되는 정전용량을 초과하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 감지 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극의 면적과 상기 제1유전층 및 상기 제2유전층의 두께는상기 제2전극에 형성되는 정전용량이 상기 제1전극에 형성되는 정전용량을 초과하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레벨 감지 장치는상기 제1전극 또는 상기 제2전극 중 하나 이상과 연결된 내부 발진회로를 더 포함하며 상기 내부 발진회로로부터 생성되는 발진신호의 주파수는 상기 제1전극 또는 상기 제2전극에 형성되는 각각의 정전용량에 의해 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레벨 감지 장치는상기 측정물이 충전되는 충전용기의 내면에 상기 내면과 수직으로 부착되거나상기 충전용기의 외면에 상기 외면과 평행하게 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 감지 장치.
- 측정물의 레벨을 측정하는 레벨 감지 시스템에 있어서,상기 측정물이 충전되는 충전용기의 내면 또는 외면에 하나 이상의 레벨 감지장치를 다단으로 포함하되,상기 하나 이상의 레벨 감지는회로기판; 상기 회로기판의 일면과 타면에 서로 다른 면적으로 형성된 제1전극 및 제2전극; 상기 제1전극 위와 상기 제2전극 위에 각각 다른 두께로 형성된 제1유전층 및 제2유전층 및 상기 회로기판을 통하여 상기 제1전극 및 제2전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극으로부터 측정되는 각각의 측정값을 이용하여 상기 측정물의 레벨을 판단하는 판단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 감지 시스템.
