Abstract

측정물의 레벨을 측정하는 레벨 감지 장치에 있어서, 회로기판, 회로기판의 일면과 타면에 서로 다른 면적으로 형성된 제1전극 및 제2전극, 제1전극 위와 제2전극 위에 각각 다른 두께로 형성된 제1유전층 및 제2유전층 및 회로기판을 통하여 제1전극 및 제2전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 제1전극 및 제2전극으로부터 측정되는 각각의 측정값을 이용하여 측정물의 레벨을 판단하는 판단부를 포함하는 레벨 감지 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면 본 발명에 따르면, 온도 등의 주변환경에 영향을 받지 않고 레벨을 정확히 감지할 수 있다.
