Claims (6)
- (S1) 폐 폴리올레핀 발포체를 0.5 내지 3 ㎝의 크기로 절단하는 단계;(S2) 상기 절단된 발포체를 가압 몰드 내에 충전하는 단계;(S3) 상기 가압 몰드를 가열하는 단계;(S4) 상기 가열이 종료된 가압 몰드 내에 충전된 발포체에 대해 가압프레스를 이용하여 가압하는 단계; 및(S5) 상기 가압이 종료된 가압 몰드를 냉각한 후, 상기 가압 몰드 내의 가압물을 외부로 배출하는 단계;를 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성을 갖는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S1)단계의 폐 폴리올레핀 발포체는, 그 배율이 2 내지 50 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성을 갖는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S2)단계의 충전은, 상기 가압 몰드 내부 충전량의 최종두께를 기준으로 120 내지 200%가 되도록 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성을 갖는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S3)단계의 가열은, 110 내지 180℃의 온도에서 2 내지 30분 동안 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성을 갖는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S4)단계의 가압은, 0.2 내지 2kgf/cm2의 압력에서 가압하며, 가압이 종료된 가압 몰드의 냉각은 최소 30분 동안 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성을 갖는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 발포체를 이용하여 방수층 보호재, 쓰레기 매립장 완충배수재, 인조잔디 완충배수재, 옥상녹화 배수재, 어린이 놀이터 완충재 등의 배수재나 완충재로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재활용 폴리올레핀 발포체.
