Claims (10)
- 붉가시나무(Quercus acuta Thunb)의 잎이 달린 줄기를 준비하고, 음건한 다음, 마쇄기로 분쇄하여 분말로 만들고, 이 분말을 초음파를 이용하여 1 시간씩 3회에탄올로 추출한 다음, 추출물의 상층액을 회수하여 감압 농축하고, 농축물을 증류수에 현탁시킨 후, 현탁액을 용매인 헥산, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올, 물로 순차 추출하여 제조된 분획물 중, 항산화활성과 항암활성을 나타내는 붉가시나무 추출물의 에틸아세테이트 분획물.
- 붉가시나무(Quercus acuta Thunb)의 잎이 달린 줄기를 준비하고, 음건한 다음, 마쇄기로 분쇄하여 분말로 만들고, 이 분말을 초음파를 이용하여 1 시간씩 3회에탄올로 추출한 다음, 추출물의 상층액을 회수하여 감압 농축하고, 농축물을 증류수에 현탁시킨 후, 현탁액을 용매인 헥산, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올, 물로 순차 추출하여 제조된 분획물 중, 암세포증식억제 효과를 나타내는 붉가시나무 추출물의 디클로로메탄 분획물.
- 붉가시나무(Quercus acuta Thunb)의 잎이 달린 줄기를 준비하고, 음건한 다음, 마쇄기로 분쇄하여 분말로 만들고, 이 분말을 초음파를 이용하여 1 시간씩 3회 에탄올로 추출한 다음, 추출물의 상층액을 회수하여 제조된 붉가시나무의 에탄올 추출물로서, 항산화활성과 암세포증식억제 효과를 나타내는 붉가시나무의 에탄올 추출물.
