Claims (5)
- 텍스타일과 나노 섬유 멤브레인이 적층되어 있는 구조에서 나노 섬유 멤브레인의 표면을 처리하는 방법에 있어서,100% 고형분의 열가소성 반응 수지에 열을 간접적으로 가하여 녹인 후 기판에 도포하는 단계;상기 기판위에 도포된 수지를 나노 섬유 멤브레인 층에 직접 전사 시킨후 구동롤러를 사용하여 압착하여 접착하는 단계;접착된 후 상기 기판을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리우레탄 반응형 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기폴리우레탄 반응형 수지는 5 내지 30 g/sm 의 양으로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 기판은 실리콘 코팅된 페이퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동롤러는 카렌다 롤러와 러버롤러인 방법.
