Claims (11)
- 인간 배아 신장 유래 세포 및 엡스타인-바르 바이러스(Epstein-Barr Virus, EBV) 게놈이 염색체 내에 삽입된 인간 B-세포 유래 세포의 융합으로부터 유도된 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인간 배아 신장 유래 세포가 293 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인간 B-세포 유래 세포가 HAT-민감성 및 G418-내성 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인간 B-세포 유래 세포가 나말와 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 나말와 세포가 HAT-민감성 및 G418-내성 나말와 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인간 숙주 세포가 (i) EBNA1 단백질을 연속적으로 발현시키고, (ii) IgM 단백질을 발현시키지 않고, (iii) 인간과 유사한 글리코실화 프로파일을 지속하고, (iv) BALF1을 발현시키고 BHRF1을 발현시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인간 숙주 세포가 소듐 뷰티레이트 첨가 배양시 세포 성장에 억제를 받지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제1항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인간 숙주 세포가 기탁번호 KCTC11309BP의 F2N78인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 재조합 단백질을 생산하기 위한 제1항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 단백질이 모노클로날 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 단백질이 모노클로날 항체 이외의 치료용 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 인간 숙주 세포.
