- 상하 적층된 상부 및 하부 기판, 및 상기 상부 및 하부 기판 사이에 개재된 중간 기판을 포함하며,이때 상기 하부 기판은 그 상면에, 시료를 수용 및 분리하기 위한 시료 패드, 시료 분석용 시약을 함유하는 시약 패드, 시료 흡수를 위한 흡수 패드, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하고, 미세유체 채널 형성용 하부 채널 구성부가 형성되어 있으며;상기 중간 기판은 미세유체 채널 형성용 상부 채널 구성부, 및 하부 기판상에 위치되는 상기 패드들을 고정하기 위한 고정판을 포함하고;상기 상부 기판은, 중간 기판을 관통하여 하부 기판상의 시료 패드에 시료를 공급하기 위한 시료 투입구, 채널로부터의 시료 분석결과를 도시하는 투시창 및 하부 기판상의 흡수 패드의 유체 흐름을 조절하도록 중간 및 상부 기판을 관통하여 유체 연통되는 벤트홀을 포함하도록 구성되는,생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩으로서,상기 상부 및 하부 채널 구성부가 접합되어 미세유체 채널을 형성하고, 이때 상기 미세유체 채널의 좌우 양 측면 모서리부가 미세유체 채널의 중앙부보다 낮은 높이의 나노틈새 형태를 갖도록 형상화된,생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널이 5㎛ 내지 1㎜ 범위의 높이로 형성되고, 상기 나노틈새가 10nm 내지 5㎛ 범위의 높이로 형성된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시료 패드가 다공성 고분자 또는 유리섬유 패드인, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시약 패드가 형광 또는 골드 나노비드(gold nanobead)를 고정한 것인, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 패드가 흡수성 고분자 또는 유리 섬유 패드인, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 바이오칩이 생체시료를 분석 및 진단하기 위한 것인, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 바이오칩이 바이오센서, DNA 분석 칩, 단백질 분석 칩 및 랩온어칩(lab-on-a-chip)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널의 상기 상부 채널 구성부, 하부 채널 구성부, 또는 이들 모두에, 분석 시료의 정량화 및 반응면적을 높이기 위한 다양한 단면 형상의 필러(pillar) 구조물이 형성된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널의 상기 상부 채널 구성부, 하부 채널 구성부, 또는 이들 모두에, 분석 시료의 정량화 및 반응면적을 높이기 위해, 10㎛ 이내의 평균 표면 거칠기를 갖도록 플라즈마 처리되거나 나노 그루브 패턴이 형성된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널의 상기 상부 채널 구성부, 하부 채널 구성부, 또는 이들 모두에, 분석 시료의 정량화 및 반응면적을 높이기 위해, 금속 박막이 코팅된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 금속 박막이 금, 은, 백금으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널의 상기 상부 채널 구성부, 하부 채널 구성부, 또는 이들 모두에, 분석 시료의 정량화 및 반응면적을 높이기 위해, 흡수성 박막이 코팅된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 흡수성 박막이 셀룰로오스 계열의 수지로 구성된 군에서 선택되는, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세유체 채널의 상기 상부 채널 구성부와 하부 채널 구성부 사이에, 분석 시료의 정량화 및 반응면적을 높이기 위해, 반응성 또는 흡수성 물질이 충전된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 또는 흡수성 물질이 유리 섬유, 셀룰로오스 계열의 수지로 구성된 군에서 선택되는, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나노틈새가 상기 중간 및 하부 기판의 접합 전에 상기 중간 또는 하부 기판에 미리 형성되거나, 상기 중간 및 하부 기판이 접합된 후에 형성된, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접합이 용제 접합법, 초음파 접합법, 접착제 또는 테이핑법, 열 접합법, 압력 접합법 및 레이저 접합법 중에서 선택된 방법을 이용하여 수행되는, 생체 시료 분석용 마이크로-나노 플루이딕 바이오칩.
