Claims (6)
- 폴리염화비닐(PVC)과 염소화 폴리에틸렌(chlorinated polyethylene)이 1:1 내지 4:1의 중량비로 혼합된 기본 수지 100 중량부;에 대하여30 내지 70 중량부의 고분자 가소제; 및30 내지 80 중량부의 카본 블랙;을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 폴리염화비닐은 중합도가 1000 내지 2000이며,상기 염소화 폴리에틸렌은 염소 함량이 중량비로 20% 내지 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 염소화 폴리에틸렌은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)을 염소화한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 수지 조성물.
- 폴리염화비닐과 염소화 폴리에틸렌이 1:1 내지 4:1의 중량비로 혼합된 기본 수지 100 중량부;에 대하여;30 내지 70 중량부의 혼합 가소제; 및30 내지 80 중량부의 카본 블랙;을 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 폴리염화비닐은 중합도가 1000 내지 2000이고, 상기 염소화 폴리에틸렌은 염소 함량이 중량비로 20% 내지 40%이며,상기 혼합 가소제는 고분자 가소제와 일반 가소제의 혼합물이고, 고분자 가소제에 대한 일반 가소제의 비율이 최대 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 가소제는 아디프산계 폴리에스테르(adipate polyesters), 시트르산 에스테르(citrate ester) 및 혼합 알코올 에스테르(mixed alcohol ester)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 단일물 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 반도전성 수지 조성물로 제조된 전선용 외부 반도전 재료.
- 내부에 위치하며 전류가 흐르는 도체층(50);상기 도체층(50)을 둘러싼 내부 반도전층(61);상기 내부 반도전층(61)을 둘러싼 절연층(70);상기 절연층(70)을 둘러싸고 있고 제5항의 전선용 외부 반도전 재료로 이루어진 외부 반도전층(62); 및상기 외부 반도전층(62)을 둘러싼 쉬스(80)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선용 케이블.
