Claims (6)
- 구동모터에 축설된 구동축(10)과,상기 구동축(10)에 연동하여 회전되고 외면에 스크린 망(33)이 구비된 드럼(30)과,상기 구동축(10)에 연동하여 상기 드럼(30) 내에서 회전되고 외면에 복수 개의 임펠러(41)가 구비된 교반축(40)과,상기 구동축(10)에 연동하여 상기 드럼(30)의 외면에 진동을 가하는 진동축(50)의 결합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반축(40)은 구동축의 제2구동풀리(12)에 연결되어 회전하고,상기 드럼(30)은, 드럼(30)의 양단 둘레에 형성된 피니언(31)이 구동축(10)에 연결된 롤러축(20)의 롤러(21)를 매개로 접하여, 상기 교반축(40)과 상호 역방향 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 드럼(30)은 격자 형태의 원통형 프레임(35)으로 골격을 이루고,상기 스크린 망(33)은 상기 프레임(35)으로 구획된 전체 또는 일부분에 교체 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 드럼(30)의 내면에 방사상으로 복수 개의 브레이드(blade)(32)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 진동축(50)은 상기 교반축(40)에 축설된 연결풀리(42) 또는 구동축(10)에 직접 연결되어 회전되고, 외면에 방사상으로 복수 개의 진동바(51)가 설치되어 상기 드럼(30) 외면과 접하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 진동바(51)는 탄성 및 연성의 재료로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 선별기.
