Claims (5)
- 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,포름알데히드 존재 하에 알킬페놀을 축합중합하여 축합중합도가 5~30몰인 알킬페놀레진을 제조하는 단계;상기 알킬페놀레진에 에틸렌 옥사이드를 부가하여 알킬페놀레진 에톡실레이트를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 카르복실기 함유 유기산과 알킬페놀레진 에톡실레이트를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기에서 카르복실기 함유 유기산은 시트르산, 옥살산, 글리콜산, 글리콜레이트 에테르, 폴리글리콜산 에스테르, EDTA 및 클로로아세트산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계는 알킬페놀레진 에톡실레이트와 카르복실기 함유 유기산의 혼합비는 중량비로서 1:0.01~0.01:1이고, 혼합온도는 40~50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀레진 에톡실레이트 제조단계에서 에틸렌 옥사이드의 부가중합도가 5~50몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조된 금속 제거 및 유수분리기능을 갖는 원유 첨가제 조성물.
