Claims (5)
- 전방 플랜지와 후방 플랜지가 구성되고, 상기 전,후방 플랜지 사이에 내측 패널과 외측 패널이 상호 겹치기 용접되어 차체와 범퍼빔을 연결하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스에 있어서,상기 내측 패널과 외측 패널 사이의 공간부 내에서 상기 전방 플랜지와 후방 플랜지에 각 단부가 리벳이음되어 구성되는 크로스형 보강수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 크로스형 보강수단은중앙에서 상호 겹쳐진 상태로, 연결핀에 의해 상호 연결되는 2장이 스프링 플레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 스프링 플레이트는양 단부에 선단이 상호 반대방향으로 절곡 성형되어 각 상측과 하측에 각각 리벳홀을 형성하는 장착단을 형성하고, 그 중앙에는 폭방향으로 1/2구간이 절개된 절개부를 형성하고, 나머지 1/2 구간에는 상기 연결핀이 끼워지도록 핀 홀을 갖는 핀 가이더가 일체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 각 스프링 플레이트는그 중앙부가 상호간의 절개부를 통하여 각 핀 가이더가 서로 대응하도록 끼워진 상태로 상기 연결핀을 각 핀 가이더의 핀 홀에 끼워 "X" 형상으로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스프링 플레이트는스프링 강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 크래쉬 박스.
