Claims (4)
- 광섬유격자 변형률센서에 있어서; 고정편(6)과 고정편 사이에 보호관(1)이 고정편에 삽입된 상태로 체결부재(3)에 의해 압박고정되며;광섬유격자센서는 보호관(1)의 내부 중앙에 일직선으로 위치하고 광섬유격자센서의 양쪽 면이 한 쌍의 고정편(6) 내부에 인장된 상태로 고착제에 의해 고정되고;고정편(6)의 외부에 내부가 관통된 볼(7)을 구비하여 고정편을 삽입하고;볼(7)과 고정편(6)이 고정판 상부(4), 고정판 하부(5)에 의해 압박고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유격자 변형률센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 볼(7)은 한 측면이 개방(7a)된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유격자 변형률센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 고정판(4, 5)은 안쪽 면에 볼(7)의 안착 면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유격자 변형률센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서;고정판 하부(5)는 ⊥형 고정판 하부(5t)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유격자 변형률센서.
