Abstract
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for forming a plush mattress used in a hot mat, while rotating the plush mat one by one in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction by a cutting knife to easily install a hot water hose installed in a zigzag on the top surface of the plush mattress. Description
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for forming a plush mattress used in a hot mat, while rotating the plush mat one by one in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction by a cutting knife to easily install a hot water hose installed in a zigzag on the top surface of the plush mattress. When cutting, the cut plush pieces are separated from the plush mattress to form an insertion groove, and thus, unlike the conventional method of forming the insert grooves on the plush mattress, the work process may be shortened to improve productivity.
In general, it is widely used in the winter season because the heating of the indoor floor locally by using an electric blanket, an electric mat can exhibit the effect of heating in a short time.
