Claims (5)
- 엑셀 페달;상기 엑셀 페달 깊이의 자동 조절이 가능한 액츄에이터; 및제어 차량의 주행 정보 및 차량 주행 조건에 따라 차량의 연비효율을 적어도 고효율, 중간효율 및 저효율 구간으로 구분하는 연비효율 데이터를 기초로 제어 차량의 현재 연비효율이 상기 구간들 중 어느 구간에 있는지를 결정하고, 그 결정 결과에 따라 엑셀 페달의 답력을 조절하되, 답력의 크기가 저효율 구간 > 중간효율 구간 > 고효율 구간의 순서가 되도록 액츄에이터를 구동하는 제어유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 엑셀 페달 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 연비효율 데이터는 변속 패턴 맵을 기초로 구성되며, 상기 제어유닛은 적어도 스로틀 위치와, 엔진 RPM 또는 차속을 포함하는 제어 차량의 주행정보를 수집하고 이를 입력값으로 하여 연비효율 데이터로부터 제어 차량의 현재 연비효율 구간을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 엑셀 페달 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 엑셀 페달의 답력 크기는, 제어 차량의 스로틀 위치가 엔진 RPM 일정 상태에서 변속 패턴 맵 상의 시프트업 변속곡선 이하로 시프트될 수 있는 크기로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 엑셀 페달 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제어유닛은, 제어 차량의 현재 스로틀 위치가 변속 패턴 맵 상 시프트업 변속곡선과 시프트다운 변속곡선 사이의 구간에 있는 것으로 판단된 경우, 일정 횟수 이상 해당 구간 내에 있는지 추가 확인하여, 그 결과 해당 구간 내에 있는 경우에 페달 답력을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 엑셀 페달 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제어유닛은, 제어 차량의 가속 여부를 판단하여, 제어 차량이 가속 중인 경우 그렇지 않은 경우 보다 엑셀 페달의 답력을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 엑셀 페달 시스템.
