A reinforcement structure of a rear floor for a vehicle is provided to prevent the deformation of a rear floor due to load applied on a trailing arm by forming a flange part coupled on an upper joint, a lower joint, a side member and a cross member. A reinforcement structure of a rear floor for a vehicle comprises a reinforcing member(10) installed at the crossing point of a cross member and a side member. The reinforcing member comprises: a lower joint(14) coupled on a rear floor; an upper joint being upwardly apart from the lower joint; and a base part(16) connecting the upper joint and the lower joint. A flange part(18) which is coupled on the side member and the cross member is formed on both ends of the upper joint and the lower joint.
