불순물을 완전히 제거한 다슬기를 끓는 물에 넣고 10시간 달여 진액 및 영양분을 추출하였다. 찹쌀은 미리 깨끗한 물에 씻어서 건조하여 물기가 없도록 준비하고 마늘은 믹서기에 갈아 매운 독성을 제거하기 위해 물을 부어 끓였다. 끓는 물에 찹쌀 67g, 다슬기 진액 3.3g, 마늘 6g, 죽염 2g을 함께 넣어 교반하여 눌지 않게 죽을 끓이다가 완성 5분 전에 들기름 1g을 넣고 교반하다가 불을 끄고 10분간 뜸을 들여 영양죽을 완성하였다. 500g 포장용기에 죽을 담고 레토르트 파우치로 자동 진공 포장하여 121℃ 에서 1시간 고압 살균한 후, 냉각하여 들기름찹쌀다슬기 영양죽 완제품을 완성하였다. 이는 저온에서 직사광선을 피하여 보관하면 제조일로부터 1년간 보존이 가능하다.After removing the impurities completely, the marshmallow was added to boiling water, and the extract was extracted for 10 hours.
