Claims (5)
- 적어도, 조성식 (Srx, Bay, Ca(1-x-y))5(PO4)3Cl:Eu(단, 0≤x, y≤1 또한 x+y≤1)으로 표기되는 청색(靑色) 발광 형광체를 가지고,상기 청색 발광 형광체에 접하는 분위기가, 아르곤(Ar)과 네온(Ne)을 포함하고,상기 분위기중에서의, 아르곤의 몰분율(分率)을 A로 하고, 네온의 몰분율을 N으로 하면, A/(A+N)≥0.04인것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광 형광체와 함께, 녹색(綠色) 발광 형광체 및 적색(赤色) 발광 형광체의 적어도 한쪽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광 형광체 및 상기 분위기가, 냉음극관 혹은 열음극관을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
- 형광 램프를 구비하는 광원 장치로서,상기 형광 램프가,적어도, 조성식 (Srx, Bay, Ca(1-x-y))5(PO4)3Cl:Eu(단, 0≤x, y≤1 또한 x+y≤1)으로 표기되는 청색 발광 형광체를 가지고,상기 청색 발광 형광체에 접하는 분위기가, 아르곤(Ar)과 네온(Ne)을 포함하고,상기 분위기중에서의, 아르곤의 몰분율을 A로 하고, 네온의 몰분율을 N으로 하면, A/(A+N)≥0.04인것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 광원 장치를 가지는 표시 장치로서,상기 광원 장치가, 형광 램프를 구비하고,상기 형광 램프가,적어도, 조성식 (Srx, Bay, Ca(1-x-y))5(PO4)3Cl:Eu(단, 0≤x, y≤1 또한 x+y≤1)으로 표기되는 청색 발광 형광체를 가지고,상기 청색 발광 형광체에 접하는 분위기가, 아르곤(Ar)과 네온(Ne)을 포함하고,상기 분위기중에서의, 아르곤의 몰분율을 A로 하고, 네온의 몰분율을 N으로 하면, A/(A+N)≥0.04인것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
