A lower arm structure in a vehicle is provided to reduce weight of a vehicle and costs by forming a stabilizer bar link connection part to a reinforcing plate, and thus reducing the number of parts. A lower arm structure in a vehicle comprises an upper panel(1a), a lower panel(1b), an empty space of box type through combination of an upper and lower panel; and a reinforcing plate(3) fitted into the empty space.
