Claims (2)
- 스테인리스강 칼의 제조방법에 있어서,날이 선 주방용 칼을 제작·세척한 후 반응조 내에 주방용 칼을 넣는 준비공정(S1)과;반응조의 내부를 10-2torr의 진공상태로 하는 진공공정(S2)과;상기 반응조 내부의 온도가 500℃ ~ 600℃, 800℃ ~ 900℃, 1000℃ ~ 1200℃로 단계적으로 가열하는 가열공정(S3)과;상기 반응조 내부의 온도가 1000℃ ~ 1200℃가 형성된 후 그 반응조 내부의 기압이 0.15Bar ~ 2Bar가 되도록 질소를 투입하여 50분 ~ 70분간 유지시키는 질소투입공정(S4)과;퀀칭공정(S5-1)과 서브제로템퍼링공정(S5-2) 및 저온템퍼링공정(S5-3)으로 구성된 냉각 및 가열공정(S5)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스강 칼의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,냉각 및 가열공정(S5)은 상기 반응조 내의 기압이 2.5bar ~ 3.5bar가 되도록 질소가스를 투입하여 주방용 칼의 표면에 기압에 의한 질소가 강제침투됨과 동시에 질소에 의해서 냉각되어 담금질이 이루어지는 퀀칭공정(S5-1)과;상기 퀀칭공정(S5-1)을 마친 주방용 칼을 액체 질소가 채워진 냉각 조에 50분 ~ 70분 담가서 냉각시키는 초저온 뜨임이 진행되는 서브제로템퍼링공정(S5-2)과;그 서브제로템퍼링공정(S5-2)을 거친 칼을 템퍼링가열로를 통하여 50분 ~ 70분 동안 150℃ ~ 500℃로 가열시켜 저온 뜨임이 진행되는 저온템퍼링공정(S5-3)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스강 칼의 제조방법.
