Abstract
The present invention relates to a stirrer, and more particularly, to a food cooking stirrer configured to cook while stirring a viscous liquid food.
The food cooking stirrer according to the present invention comprises: a cooking container hinged to the frame so as to rotate about a substantially horizontal axis, and having a space portion in which a liquid for heat transfer is stored between the inner wall and the outer wall; Stirring blades rotatably disposed in the cooking vessel to stir the food contained in the cooking vessel; And a rotating shaft connected to the stirring vane and detachably coupled to a motor mounted to the frame.
Description
The present invention relates to a stirrer, and more particularly, to a food cooking stirrer configured to cook while stirring a viscous liquid food.
In general, foods such as jelly, curry, and jjajang sauce are heated while stirring to prevent food from sticking to the inside of cooking vessels such as pots.
When the food is cooked in a small amount in a general home or a small restaurant, the food container, such as high-viscosity liquid jelly, curry, and jjajang, is stirred by hand while heating a cooking container of a suitable size.
However, in a large food manufacturing factory that manufactures and sells foods such as jelly, or large catering companies and restaurants that need to provide food to hundreds of customers at once, a large amount of food must be made at once.
In this case, in order to cook food within a predetermined time, it is necessary to stir the food throughout the cooking process while supplying a large amount of thermal energy to a large cooking container containing a large amount of highly viscous food.
However, it is very inconvenient to stir the food manually during the cooking process as described above, and there is a problem in that the food is easily pressed to the inner surface of the cooking container due to the poor efficiency.
In addition, in the above case, a large amount of heat energy is applied to the bottom of the cooking vessel so that the food is pressed on the bottom side and the pressed food is burned, whereas heat is not well transferred to the upper side, such that cooking does not proceed evenly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a cooking container hinged to the frame to rotate about a substantially horizontal axis, the cooking vessel having a space portion for storing the heat transfer liquid between the inner wall and the outer wall; Stirring blades rotatably disposed in the cooking vessel to stir the food contained in the cooking vessel; And a rotating shaft connected to the stirring vane and detachably coupled to a motor mounted to the frame.

In the food cooking stirrer according to the present invention, the cooking container may be formed in the center of the bottom of the inner wall and includes a central groove fitted with the lower end of the rotating shaft.
The food cooking stirrer according to the present invention further includes a stopper extending from an outer wall of the cooking vessel and contacting the frame to keep the cooking vessel horizontal when the cooking vessel is horizontally disposed.
The food agitator for cooking according to the present invention may be further mounted to the frame and further include a temperature sensor capable of drawing in and out of the cooking vessel.
The food cooking stirrer according to the present invention heats the inner wall of the heat transfer liquid filled inside the walls of the cooking container evenly, so that the food can be heated evenly, and the stirring blade stirs the food, so that the food can be cooked evenly. There is an effect that the food to be cooked can be effectively prevented from sticking to the inner surface of the cooking container.
