The capsule can also store food materials in a sealing manner to play a role in keeping food fresh, or the food materials can be further prolonged in preservation period by means of vacuumizing the containing cavity or filling protective gas into the containing cavity.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover 20 is further provided with a capsule mounting device 30 for receiving a fixed capsule 41. The capsule 41 is mounted on the capsule mounting device 30 with the opening facing generally downward. Further, the cover 20 is provided with a feed passage 21 at a position below the capsule mounting device 30. The feeding passage 21 communicates with the cooking space 12 through an outlet 22 at a lower end thereof. At a position corresponding to the feed channel 21, the capsule 41 may be opened by piercing and cutting a sealing film of the capsule 41 using a capsule opening device configured as a cutting knife. As a simple variant, it is also possible to open the capsule 41 before the position corresponding to the feed channel 21 and to block the capsule 41 with other structures. The capsule 41 then continues to move to the open position corresponding to the feed channel 21. In this open position, the material in the containing chamber of the capsule 41 automatically enters the cooking space 12 through the feed channel 21 under the influence of gravity. Therefore, the position of the capsule mounting device 30 corresponding to the feed channel 21 may be referred to as the open position. And the outlet 22 of the introduction passage 21 may be referred to as a throat of the cooking space 12.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the feeding channel 21 is configured as a funnel, the inlet of which has a larger radial dimension, in order to collect the food material falling out of the capsule 41. While its outlet (throat 22 of cooking space 12) has a smaller radial dimension.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of capsules 41 are mounted on the capsule mounting device 30. The capsule mounting device 30 is capable of bringing each capsule 41 to a position corresponding to the feed channel 21, i.e. the aforementioned open position. In this way, more food items can be accommodated by the plurality of capsules 41, more food items can be used to cook food for more people, and various food items can be used to meet the requirements for cooking different foods. And frequent manual replacement of the capsule 41 can be avoided, enabling a high degree of automation of the cooking.
As shown in fig. 2, the capsule 41 is configured in a substantially fan-like shape, and is arranged in a circular shape on the capsule mounting device 30. Accordingly, the capsule mounting device 30 may be configured in the form of a capsule mounting disk. The capsule mounting means 30 is moved in a rotational manner to move each capsule 41 to the open position. It is understood that the shape configuration of the capsule mounting device 30 is adapted to the arrangement shape of the plurality of capsules 41, and the moving direction of the capsule mounting device 30 is adapted to the arrangement direction of the capsules 41. For example, when a plurality of capsules 41 are arranged in a straight line in a long rectangular parallelepiped shape, the capsule mounting device 30 may also be configured in a long bar shape, and it is configured to move in a straight line.
Preferably, the plurality of capsules 41 of the capsule mounting device 30 may be connected to each other to form an integral structure, so that the plurality of capsules 41 can be conveniently mounted and replaced. As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of capsules 41 are connected to one another to form a capsule group 40. In this embodiment, the capsule 41 is provided with a flange 42 extending outwardly. Adjacent capsules 41 are connected to each other by respective flanges 42. Further preferably, the flange 42 may be provided on a surface of the capsule 41 facing the capsule mounting means 30. It is understood that in other embodiments, the plurality of capsules 41 may be arranged in other manners to form other shaped capsule groups 40, such as a donut-shaped capsule, or a plurality of capsules 41 arranged in a straight line as a rectangular parallelepiped shaped capsule group 40.
As can be seen in FIG. 1, the throat 22 has a much smaller area relative to the transverse cross-section of the cooking volume 12. If the material does not interfere when it enters the cooking space 12 through the throat 22, it is easily gathered at the bottom of the cooking space 12 at a position corresponding to the throat 22 and is not uniformly distributed. Therefore, the cooking appliance 1 according to the present invention is provided with the stirring device 60. The stirring device 60 has a stirring blade 61 that can be inserted into the cooking space 12. Thus, during the process of the capsule material, such as food material, entering the cooking space 12 through the feed opening 22, the stirring device 60 can be activated to evenly distribute the material at the bottom of the cooking space 12 by stirring action.
Specifically, the stirring device 60 further includes a rotating shaft 62. The rotation shaft 62 is vertically disposed within the cooking space 12. The stirring blade 61 is provided at one end of the rotation shaft 62 near the bottom of the cooking space 12. The other end of the rotation shaft 62 may be connected to the cover 20. A driving device such as a motor may be provided on the cover 20 to be connected to the rotating shaft 62 to drive the rotating shaft 62 to rotate. The stirring blade 61 may be configured to be detachable with respect to the rotating shaft 62 for cleaning or maintenance. Alternatively, the stirring blade 61 may be fixedly provided on the rotating shaft 62.
Preferably, the rotating shaft 62 is configured to be axially retractable. In this way, the rotating shaft 62 may be extended to perform a stirring function during the process of the capsule 41 allowing the materials to enter the cooking space 12. When the feeding process is finished and cooking is to be started, the rotating shaft 62 can be retracted to a position where the stirring blades 61 are close to the cover body 20, thereby preventing the stirring device 60 from interfering with the cooking operation. In particular, the telescopic arrangement may be achieved by a telescopic member such as a cylinder.
Furthermore, the cooking appliance 1 is provided with a water supply pipe 50 which is at least partially arranged within the cooking space 12. The cooking appliance 1 may supply water into the cooking space 12 through the water supply pipe 50. Preferably, the cooking appliance 1 may further include a water tank (not shown). The water supply pipe 50 may communicate with the water tank to supply water in the water tank into the cooking space 12. Thus, the water tank can be filled with high-quality water such as purified water or mineral water. Of course, the water supply pipe 50 may also communicate with a tap water pipe to supply tap water into the cooking space 12.
Preferably, the water supply pipe 50 is disposed with its water outlet facing a sidewall of the cooking space 12 (i.e., a sidewall of the inner pot 11) such that water flowing out of the water supply pipe 50 flows down via the sidewall of the cooking space 12. Thus, the water flow has a certain impact force. The materials such as food materials are washed away by the water flow, and form a solid-liquid mixture with the water flow to flow together, and finally are evenly and evenly dispersed at the bottom of the cooking space 12. The uniformity of material distribution can be further improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in phantom in FIG. 1, the outlet of the water supply tube 50' is disposed within the feed channel 21. According to the present embodiment, the water supply pipe 50' supplies water into the feed passage 21 while the material of the capsule 41 passes through the feed passage 21 after the capsule 41 is opened, so that the material and the water form a solid-liquid mixture to jointly enter the cooking space 12. Thus, the solid-liquid mixture has good fluidity and can be uniformly distributed at the bottom of the cooking space 12 in combination with the stirring action of the stirring device 60.
In the above description, the manner of opening the capsule is achieved by piercing the sealing membrane by a capsule opening device configured as a cutting knife. The manner of opening the capsule is not limited thereto and the structure of the capsule opening device is not limited to the cutting knife. The capsule may be opened, for example, by dissolving the sealing membrane, or the specific structure of the capsule opening device may be changed when the capsule is constructed in other structures that do not include the sealing membrane. The utility model discloses do not limit to this, as long as can realize opening the capsule can.
