Claims (3)
- 일정한 피치(Pm)로 영구자석(32)이 설치된 요크(34)로 구성된 고정자(30)와, 동일한 피치(Tw)를 갖는 톱니(42)가 일렬로 배치된 가동자 철심(44)에 코일(46)을 권선한 가동자(40)로 구성되는 리니어 모터에 있어서,상기한 가동자(40)에는 왕복운동 방향의 가동자 철심(44) 중앙에 영구자석(32) 피치(Pm)의 정수배인 m×Pm 피치의 보조 톱니(50)를 한 개 형성하고, 그 보조 톱니(50)의 길이(Sh)는 다른 톱니의 길이(Tv)보다 작게 형성하며, 상기한 구성에서 0 < m (정수 m=1,2,3....)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어모터.
- 일정한 피치(Pm)로 영구자석(32)이 설치된 요크(34)로 구성된 고정자(30)와, 동일한 피치(Tw)를 갖는 톱니(42)가 일렬로 배치된 가동자 철심(44)에 코일(46)을 권선한 가동자(40)로 구성되는 리니어 모터에 있어서,상기한 가동자 철심의 양단부에 위치한 톱니 1쌍의 길이(Tv1)가 나머지 톱니의 길이(Tv2)보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어모터.
- 일정한 피치(Pm)로 영구자석(32)이 설치된 요크(34)로 구성된 고정자(30)와, 동일한 피치(Tw)를 갖는 톱니(42)가 일렬로 배치된 가동자 철심(44)에 코일(46)을 권선한 가동자(40)로 구성되는 리니어 모터에 있어서,상기한 가동자(40)에는 왕복운동 방향의 가동자 철심(44) 중앙에 영구자 석(32) 피치(Pm)의 정수배인 m×Pm 피치의 보조 톱니(50)를 한 개 형성하고, 그 보조 톱니(50)의 길이(Sh)는 다른 톱니의 길이(Tv)보다 작게 형성하며, 상기한 구성에서 0 < m (정수 m=1,2,3....)이며,가동자 철심(44)의 양종단에 위치되는 톱니(42a) 1쌍의 길이(Tv1)가 나머지 톱니의 길이(Tv2)보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어모터.
