Claims (9)
- 다수개의 드라이버 로울러(3a, 3b, 3c)들을 사용하여 필라멘트가 감겨져 있는 보빈(2)이 꽂혀져 있으며 필라멘트의 해사장력에 의해 회전축을 기준으로 회전하는 다수개의 크릴(1)로 이루어진 크릴부로부터 필라멘트들을 해사 및 합사한 후 이들을 와인더(5)에 권취하여 필라멘트를 태섬도화 함에 있어서, 상기 크릴(1) 각각에 해사 장력 조절기구(6)를 설치하여 필라멘트의 해사 장력이 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 상기 크릴(1)의 회전속도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해사 장력 조절기구(6)는 기계식 해사 장력 조절기구 및 전기식 장력 조절기구 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기계식 해사 장력 조절 기구는 레버형 해사 장력 감지 수단(6a)으로 필라멘트의 해사 장력을 감지한 후 감지된 해사 장력을 벨트형 해사 장력 전달기구(6b)로 크릴에 꽂혀져 있는 보빈이 해사 장력에 의해 회전되는 속도를 제어하는 브레이크(6c)로 전달해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기식 해사 장력 조절기구는 해사 장력 감지 센서(6e)로 필라멘트의 해사 장력을 감지한 후 감지된 해사 장력을 콘트롤러(6f) 에서 미리 입력된 해사 장력과 비교값을 산정한 후 이를 보정값에 따라 크릴에 꽂혀져 있는 보빈이 해사 장력에 의해 회전되는 속도를 제어하는 브레이크(6c)로 전달해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기식 해사 장력 조절기구는 해사 장력을 콘트롤러(6f)에서 미리 측정된 해사 장력과 비교하여 보정 값을 산정한 후, 이를 보정 값에 따라 크릴에 꽂혀져 있는 보빈이 해사 장력에 의해 회전되는 속도를 제어하기 위해 콘트롤러에서 미리 입력된 브레이크(6c)로 전달해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기식 장력 조절기구는 파우더 브레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 드라이버 로울러(3a, 3b, 3c)에 필라멘트의 길이 측정기구 와 완만한 시동 및 중지 시스템이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크릴(1) 및 와인더(5)에 장력 조절용 가이드가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
