Claims (4)
- 다수개의 드라이버 로울러(3a, 3b, 3c)들을 사용하여 필라멘트가 감겨져 있는 보빈(2)이 꽂혀져 있으며 필라멘트의 해사장력에 의해 회전축을 기준으로 회전하는 다수개의 크릴(1)로 이루어진 크릴부로부터 필라멘트들을 해사 및 합사한 후 이들을 와인더(5)에 권취하여 필라멘트를 태섬도화 함에 있어서, 상기 크릴(1) 각각이 자체 동력에 의해 회전축을 중심으로 회전하면서 회전속도를 조절하여 필라멘트의 해사 장력이 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 상기 크릴(1)의 회전속도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 드라이버 로울러(3a, 3b, 3c)에 필라멘트의 길이 측정기구와 완만한 시동 및 중지 시스템이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크릴(1) 및 와인더(5)에 장력 조절용 가이드가 부착되어 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트의 태섬도화 방법.
