The present invention relates to a fillet welding apparatus, and more particularly, to improve the quality of the shape of the bead forming portion of the weld formed through the welding torch that is automatically transferred along the welding surface, and to prevent the generation of residual bubbles that lower the strength of the weld. It relates to a fillet welding device.

When manufacturing large structures such as ship blocks used for the construction of ships, various shape steel materials are welded to each other. When welding the joint surfaces of welding base metals made of these steel materials, most of them are straight. Fillet welding on the straight joint surface for the fabrication of the structure is to perform the automatic welding operation using the transfer device to track the joint surface (welding line) and transfer the welding torch (T).

However, referring to FIG. 1, in the conventional welding which performs the automatic fillet welding along the joint surface of the welding base material, the bead fused through the welding torch T, which is usually automatically transferred along the joint surface, is beaded in the course of natural solidification. The problem of deterioration of the strength due to the remaining bubbles in the bubble was generated. Particularly, in this welding, the beads are completely filled behind the arc due to the unstable melting under the arc due to the arc heating characteristic in the local heating and high current welding. It is easy to produce defects such as undercuts that cannot be concave, and the bead shape is also uneven overall.

The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the object is to press the bead forming portion to the steel during the solidification process of the beads fused to the joint surface through the welding torch, thereby reducing the amount of bubbles remaining in the beads It is to provide a welding device that can improve the quality of the bead.

The present invention for achieving the object as described above and to eliminate the conventional defects in the fillet welding device having a transfer device for moving the welding torch along the joint surface of the welding base material,

At least one pressure roller is disposed side by side behind the welding torch and moves in conjunction with the welding torch through the driving of the transfer device, and presses the surface of the bead forming unit undergoing a solidification process.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 2 is a partial perspective view of the fillet welding apparatus according to the present invention, Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional state of the pressing roller according to the present invention, the fillet welding apparatus according to the present invention, the welding of the welding base material (A) (B) The pressure roller which is installed and fixed on the fixed bracket 1a provided in the conveying apparatus 1 for conveying the welding torch T along the surface thereof, which transfers the conveying apparatus 1, that is, interlocks with the welding torch T. 10) including.

The pressure roller 10 is arranged to be parallel to the rear in the advancing direction of the welding torch T, and pressurizes the surface of the formed bead while moving along the welding torch T which previously moves and forms the bead.

In addition, the pressure roller 10 may be provided in plurality in parallel with the traveling direction of the welding torch (T), wherein the pressure roller disposed at a position farther from the welding torch (T), the surface of the bead forming portion (W) Reduce your contact with In other words, this is to induce a stable final shape of the bead forming portion by performing a gradual pressurization such as a step away from the welding torch (T).

At this time, as shown in Figure 3, the outer circumference of the pressure roller 15 according to the present invention, that is the outer surface in close contact with the bead forming portion (W) to maintain the same shape as the surface shape of the target bead forming portion (W) do.

In addition, the pressure roller 10 is to be in close contact with the surface of the bead forming portion (W) during the solidification process, the surface material is recommended for the rolling roller material or ceramics such as SCM440. In the case of ceramics, it is possible to reduce the thermal change from the bead forming unit to maintain a high temperature, to prevent the beads from falling on the surface of the pressure roller 10 during the bead surface and the pressing action to maintain the plastic state.

In addition, preferably, the pressure roller 10, the foreign matter removal device such as a spatter for welding and the heat sink that can maintain the surface temperature of the roller to a certain level, it is preferable to configure the outside.

On the other hand, preferably the bead forming portion (W) is generally the final shape of the thickness, width, width, etc. of the bead forming portion (W) according to the specification of the welding base material (A) (B) and the welding shape In this way, the pressure roller 10 is configured to add a length adjusting means 15 for adjusting the gap with the surface of the bead forming portion (W).

In other words, the length adjusting means 15 is a roller having a guide portion 21 fixed to the conveying device and a slide in and out of the guide rod 21, and having a pressure roller 10 at the other end. The tip 22 penetrates the top part 22 and the guide part 21 to press the side surface of the roller fixing part 22, and includes a fixing bolt 23 for fixing the pressure roller 10 in position.

Through the fillet welding device having the structure as described above, during the solidification process of the bead forming portion (W) in parallel with the progress of the welding torch (T), by pressing the surface of the bead forming portion (W) to a steel material, remaining inside To form a high-quality bead forming portion (W) to prevent defects such as bubbles and under cut (under cut), a worm hole.

Of course, such changes will fall within the scope of the claims.

As described above, the present invention can prevent the decrease in strength due to the normalized shape of the weld and poor welding.

In addition, due to the variable installation of the pressure roller according to the welding base material specification and welding method changes, it is possible to selectively implement the desired bead shape, and also to reduce the trouble of repeated welding maintenance work due to poor welding. It works.
