Claims (6)
- 기공을 제외한 기지 부분이 Cu와, Sn, Zn, Ni, P 중 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 구리합금상, 페라이트상 및, 상기 페라이트상 중에 분산되는 산화철상으로 이루어지는 금속 조직을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구리합금상은 기공을 제외한 기지 부분의 전체 조성에 차지하는 질량비로 Cu: 10∼59질량%와, Sn, Zn, Ni, P 중 적어도 1종: 1∼5질량%로 이루어지고,상기 산화철상은 기공을 제외한 기지 부분의 단면 면적비로 3∼20%이고,잔부의 페라이트상은 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 기공 중에, 흑연, 이황화몰리브덴, 황화망간, 불화칼슘 중 적어도 1종의 고체 윤활제 성분이 기지 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.2∼2질량부 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링.
- 철 분말에, 전체 조성이 Cu가 10∼59질량%와, Sn, Zn, Ni, P 중 적어도 1종 1∼5질량%로 이루어지는 단일 분말, 합금 분말 혹은 그것들의 혼합 분말을 첨가하고 혼합하는 원료 분말 조제 공정과, 얻어진 원료 분말을 사용하여 회전축을 슬라 이딩 지지하는 내주면을 갖는 베어링 형상으로 성형하는 성형 공정과, 얻어진 성형체를 소결하는 소결 공정과, 소결된 소결 베어링의 기공 중에 윤활유를 함침하는 함침 공정을 포함하는 소결 함유 베어링의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 철 분말로서, 환원 감량이 0.35∼2질량%로 되는 철 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말의 Cu 성분의 전부 혹은 일부로서 박상의 구리 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말 100질량부에 대하여, 흑연, 이황화몰리브덴, 황화망간, 불화칼슘 중 적어도 1종의 고체 윤활제 분말 0.2∼2질량부를 첨가, 혼합한 것을 원료 분말로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 베어링의 제조방법.
