Claims (4)
- 최상층에 위치하며 입자를 유입하는 도입부와;상기 도입부를 통해 유입된 입자를 유입하여 방전하는 방전부와;상기 방전부를 통해 방전된 입자를 유입하여 각각의 입자가 가지는 스톡스(Stokes) 수에 따라 입자의 크기별로 유동 방향이 휘어지도록 하는 노즐; 및상기 노즐을 통해 방출되는 입자의 충돌에 의한 전류를 측정하는 센싱부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멤스(MEMS)기반 초소형 전기적 임팩터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방전부는제 1 바이어스 전압이 공급되는 복수 개의 첨탑; 및상기 복수 개의 첨탑과 일정한 간격으로 각각 대응되고 제 2 바이어스 전압이 공급되는 복수 개의 전극판;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤스(MEMS)기반 초소형 전기적 임팩터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 첨탑 및 상기 제 1 바이어스 전압을 공급하는 전원공급원 사이에 바이어스 전압을 일정하게 하는 보호 레지스터를 각각 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤스(MEMS)기반 초소형 전기적 임팩터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센싱부는 노즐로 유입된 입자의 유동 방향을 따라 질량이 큰 입자부터 질량이 작은 입자까지 크기별로 충돌하는 입자의 수를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤스(MEMS)기반 초소형 전기적 임팩터.
