Claims (6)
- 6 내지 16 m/min 사이의 주조 속도로써 극단적으로 얇은 (20mm-50 mm) 강철 슬래브(steel slab)를 주조하기 위한 주괴 주형(ingot mold)으로서, 서로 직교하는 길이 방향의 대칭 평면(X) 및 횡단면의 대칭 평면(Y)을 형성하고, 강철의 입구 부분 및 출구 부분을 가진 관통 공동(through cavity)을 구비하고, 공동 표면은 길이 방향의 대칭 평면(X)의 2 개의 대향하는 측면을 서로 향하여 배치된 2 개의 제 1 벽(4,5) 및 횡단면의 대칭 평면(Y)에 평행하게 위치된 2 개의 좁고 평탄하며 사각의 제 2 벽(6,7)을 구비하고, 제 1 벽 및 제 2 벽들은 상호 연결 부위들에서 4 개의 길이 방향 모서리들을 형성하고,제 1 벽(4,5)들은, 오목함이 길이 방향의 대칭 평면(X)을 향하는 오목한 중앙 영역(11), 단부들에 있는 직선의 벽 부분(R) 및, 볼록함이 길이 방향의 대칭 평면(X)을 향하는 중간의 볼록한 연결 부분(S)을 가지고, 연결 부분(S)들과 오목한 중앙 영역(11)은 상호 연결 지점들에서 굴곡 지점(P')을 형성하고, 연결 부분(S)들 과 직선의 벽 부분(R)들은 상호 접합 지점들에서 연결 지점(P)들을 형성하고,길이 사이의 비율(d/ℓ)은 10 % 내지 60 % 사이이고, 비율(h/f)는 10 % 내지 60 % 사이이며,- "d" 는 길이 방향 대칭 평면(X)상의 투영도에서 측정된 연결 부분(S)의 길이이고,- 길이 "ℓ"은, 대칭 평면(X)상의 투영도에서 측정된, 횡단면의 대칭 평 면(Y)에 대한 2 개의 대칭적 연결 지점들 사이의 거리이고,- "h" 는 횡단면 대칭 평면(Y)상의 투영도에서 측정된 연결 지점(P)과 굴곡 지점(P') 사이의 거리이고,- "f" 는 대칭 평면(Y)상의 투영도에서 측정된 오목함의 최대 지점에서 오목한 영역에 대한 접선과 지점(P') 사이의 거리인, 주괴 주형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,오목한 영역(11)은 길이 방향의 대칭 평면 및 횡단면의 대칭 평면(X)들에 수직인 평면들상에서 일부분들이 반원형 원호 형상으로서, 반원형 원호의 곡률 반경은 입구 부분과, 강철의 출구 부분의 앞에 위치된 미리 정해진 중간 부분 사이에서 선형으로 증가하는 값을 가지는, 주괴 주형.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,오목한 영역(11)의 여러 부분들에서의 곡률 반경의 변화는 길이 방향의 대칭 평면(X)에 대하여 제 1 벽(4,5)들의 경사(α)를 정하도록 되어 있으며, 그 값은 0°내지 7°사이인, 주괴 주형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서.오목한 중앙 영역(11)의 곡률 반경은 입구 부분과 출구 부분 사이의 길이 방향 연장부의 각각의 지점에서 같은 값을 가지는, 주괴 주형.
- 전기한 항들중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서,"ℓ"은 750 mm 내지 1500 mm 사이의 값을 가지고, "f"는 입구 부분에서 15 mm 내지 100 mm 사이인, 주괴 주형.
- 전기한 항들중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서,제 2 벽(6,7)들은 경사질 수 있으며 출구 부분에서 서로를 향하여 또는 서로로부터 멀어지게 서로 움직일 수 있는, 주괴 주형.
