Claims (4)
- 사상압연기 출측에서 접합부를 검출하는 방법에 있어서,강판의 에지에 대한 영상을 측정하는 단계; 및상기 영상을 분석하여 판 폭이 어긋난 정도 또는 균열 깊이가 일정 값 이상인 경우 접합부로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 연연속 열간 압연 설비에서의 접합부 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일정 값은해당 강판의 폭 방향 위치 변화량의 표준편차의 특정 배수로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연연속 열간 압연 설비에서의 접합부 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영상 측정 단계는접합부 위치를 트래킹하여 오차 범위 이내의 영상만을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연연속 열간 압연 설비에서의 접합부 검출 방법.
- 접합부 검출 구간에서 강판의 에지를 촬영하는 촬영부;상기 촬영부에서 촬영된 영상을 이용하여 해당 강판의 접합부 여부를 판단하는 분석부; 및상기 접합부 검출 구간에 대한 정보를 관리하여 상기 촬영부를 제어하고, 해당 강판에서 판 폭이 어긋난 정도가 임계값 이상이거나 또는 균열 깊이가 임계값 이상인 경우 접합부로 판단하도록 상기 분석부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 연연속 열간 압연 설비에서의 접합부 검출 장치.
