Abstract

A drag preventing structure in a brake system is provided to connect two pads contacting with a brake pad by using a drag preventing member made of shape memory alloy. A drag preventing structure in a brake system comprises a drag preventing member(6) and two pads(3). The pads are made of shape memory alloy and connected with each other by the drag preventing member. The pads are installed close to two sides of a brake disk(1), which rotates along with a wheel, in order to generate brake force. The drag preventing member shapes into a square plate whose two ends are bent. Both end of the drag preventing member is inserted into the pads to connect the pad with each other. When the drag preventing member is heated, the drag preventing member gets longer.
