Claims (5)
- 내부 공간을 갖고 상,하부가 개구된 하우징;상기 하우징의 상부 개구 측에 장착된 렌즈계;상기 렌즈계에 의해 맺힌 광학적 상을 받아서 전기적 신호로 변환하는 이미지 센서;상기 하우징의 하부 개구 측에 장착되고, 상기 이미지 센서를 상부로부터 수용하되, 상기 이미지 센서를 수용한 상태에서 그 상면이 상기 이미지 센서의 상면보다 높게 형성된 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 인쇄회로기판의 상면에 고정되어 상기 렌즈계와 이미지 센서 사이에 배치되는 적외선차단 필터;를 구비하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판에서 상기 이미지 센서를 수용하는 수용부는 상하가 관통되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수용부 내의 측면에 기판 단자가 형성되고, 상기 이미지 센서의 상면에 센서 단자가 형성되며, 상기 기판 단자와 센서 단자 사이는 와이어 본딩에 의해 접 속된 것을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 하부 개구를 통해 상기 인쇄회로기판이 수용되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 하우징 내에는 상기 적외선차단 필터의 상부를 지지할 수 있게 단턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈.
