Abstract

A hanger for an exhaust system of a vehicle is provided to select a material of the body of the hanger including preferable elastic modulus, so that vibration attenuation is smoothly achieved. Hanger support holes(21a,21b) are formed in a body(20) of a rubber hanger while facing to each other. A vibration absorbing hollow(22) is formed between the hanger support holes. A plurality of support members(30a,30b) are integrally formed toward the insertion direction of hanger supports. The support members are radially provided in the inner circumferential surfaces of the hanger support holes. The hanger support hole has a diameter greater than the outer diameter of a locking step of the hanger supporter.
