Claims (1)
- 마늘껍질을 제거한 쪽마늘을 100℃의 열탕으로 엑기스를 추출 마늘 소주를 제조함에 있어서상기 마늘 껍질을 제거 100℃의 40분간의 열탕에서 마늘의 냄새의 원인인 알린을 열로 가열, 알린을 알리신으로 바꾸는 것으로 열로 인하여 효소가 파괴되어 유취물질인 냄세를 제거하는 단계.상기 방법으로 얻은 마늘 엑기스를 R.P.M 3600회전 파쇄기로 파쇄하여 원심분리하는 단계상기 원료와 합성하여 마늘소주를 제조하기 위하여 식용알코올(주정) 95%을 탈취탱크에서 과립활성탄과 후라보노이드를 첨가 3시간동안 주정취를 탈취시켜 마이크로 필타여과기로 여과시키는 단계.상기 단계후 주정(알코올) 95%(순도) 300ℓ에 마늘정제 엑기스 1029ℓ, 올리고당 28ℓ, 비타민C 50g, 아스파라긴 50g을 첨가 합성하여 마늘소주 1357ℓ을 만드는 방법.
