Claims (8)
- 하드 코팅 수지에 무기입자 또는 고분자 유기입자 등의 광확산 미립자를 포함하는 광확산 조성물의 제조단계;스프레이 압력과 분무량 조절이 가능한 두 개의 코팅 헤드부를 이용하여 상기 광확산 조성물을 투명지지체에 코팅하여 광확산층을 형성하는 광확산층 코팅단계;상기 광확산층을 포함하는 투명지지체를 상기 편광자와 접착하는 접착단계; 및상기 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름을 열경화 또는 광경화를 이용하여 경화제로 경화하는 경화단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경화제는 상기 광확산 조성물 100중량%에 대하여 0.3중량% 내지 5.0중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광확산 미립자는 상기 광확산 조성물 100중량%에 대하여 1중량% 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스티렌계 비드는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, α-에틸스티렌, o-에틸스티렌, p-에틸스티렌, 2,4-디메틸스티렌 또는 비닐 톨루엔을 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는 시리카(SiO2), 산화티타늄(TiO2), 산화지르코늄(ZrO2), 산화망간(MnO2), 산화코발트(CoO), 산화철(Fe2O3) 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광확산 미립자의 형상은 구상 또는 침상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광확산 미립자는 입자 직경이 1㎛ 내지 4㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광확산 미립자는 굴절율이 상기 광확산 조성물의 굴절율보다 0.3 내지 0.4 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층을 포함하는 편광필름 제조방법.
