Claims (11)
- 알루미늄을 기본물질로 하고,상기 알루미늄에 니켈, 망간, 지르코늄, 철, 규소 그리고 크롬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,니켈은 약 0.8 내지 2.8 중량%이고,망간은 약 0.5 내지 2 중량%이며,지르코늄은 약 0.35 내지 0.65 중량%이고,철은 약 0.1 내지 0.8 중량%이며,규소는 약 0.05 내지 0.3 중량%이고,크롬은 약 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,전체중량의 0.1% 미만의 부수적인 첨가물 및 불순물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,알루미늄 기본물질은,a) 알루미늄 고용체로부터 형성되고 균일하게 석출된 제2상의 석출상이 포함된 메트릭스와b) 니켈과 철을 포함한 공정상을 포함하는 구조임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제2상의 석출상은 Al6Mn 또는 Al3Zr임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 공정상은 Al3Ni 또는 Al9FeNi임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 기본물질의 고상선 온도는 630℃ 이상 임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금은,반가공 상태의 압연판, 봉 또는 단조물로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금은,350℃에서 20 시간 동안 가열된후에도 상온인장특성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금은,소입(quenching)없이 T5 처리된 주조물임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금은 400℃에서 20 시간 동안 가열된후에도 상온인장특성을 유지한는것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 알루미늄 합금.
