Description
Claims (11)
- 외부로부터 수신된 영상/음성 신호를 복조하는 튜너부;상기 복조된 영상/음성 신호를 저장하는 저장부;상기 튜너부와 상기 저장부에서 받은 영상/음성 데이터를 복호화하는 역다중화부;상기 역다중화부로부터 복호된 영상/음성의 실시간 데이터 또는 상기 저장부에 저장되어 있는 영상/음성 데이터를 입력받아 특정 포맷의 영상 및 음성 데이터로 변환하고, 포맷 변환된 데이터를 외부 기기에 맞는 압축 포맷으로 엔코딩하는 포맷 변환부;상기 포맷 변환부에서 변환된 영상 및 음성 데이터를 외부 기기로 출력하는 외부 인터페이스부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 포맷 변환부는,상기 역다중화부로부터 복호된 영상/음성의 실시간 데이터 또는 상기 저장부에 저장되어 있는 영상/음성 데이터를 입력받아 상기 외부 인터페이스부에서 지원하는 포맷의 영상 및 음성 데이터로 변환하는 영상/음성 포맷 변환부;상기 영상/음성 포맷 변환부에서 포맷 변환된 데이터를 외부 기기에 맞는 압 축 포맷으로 엔코딩하는 선택 엔코딩부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 선택 엔코딩부는,MPEG-2 TS(Transport Stream) 입력 데이터를 H.264 압축 포맷으로 엔코딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 포맷 변환부는,상기 선택 엔코딩부에서 엔코딩된 데이터를 상기 외부 인터페이스부에서 지원하는 파일 시스템(FS)으로 변환하는 파일 시스템 변환부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 외부 기기는,휴대용 영상 디스플레이가 가능한 PDA, 휴대폰(Mobile Phone), DMB 수신기중 적어도 어느 하나의 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외부 인터페이스부는,USB, IEEE 1394 또는 EPF 중 적어도 어느 하나의 인터페이스방식을 지원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 장치.
- 외부로부터 수신된 영상/음성 신호를 복조하고, 상기 복조된 영상/음성 신호를 저장함과 아울러, 각각의 영상/음성 데이터를 복호화하는 제 1단계;상기 단계로부터 복호된 영상/음성의 실시간 데이터 또는 저장되어 있는 영상/음성 데이터를 입력받아 특정 포맷의 영상 및 음성 데이터로 변환하고, 포맷 변환된 데이터를 외부 기기에 맞는 압축 포맷으로 엔코딩하는 제 2단계;상기 단계에서 변환된 영상 및 음성 데이터를 외부 인터페이스부를 통하여 외부 기기로 출력하는 제 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계는,MPEG-2 TS(Transport Stream) 입력 데이터를 H.264 압축 포맷으로 엔코딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계는,상기에서 엔코딩된 데이터를 상기 외부 인터페이스부에서 지원하는 파일 시스템(FS)으로 변환하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 외부 기기는, 휴대용 영상 디스플레이가 가능한 PDA, 휴대폰(Mobile Phone), DMB 수신기중 적어도 어느 하나의 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외부 인터페이스부는, USB, IEEE 1394 또는 EPF 중 적어도 어느 하나의 인터페이스방식을 지원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVR 시스템의 영상 포맷 변환 방법.
