Abstract

A method for manufacturing an integral type architecture exterior mold is provided to utilize the integral type architecture exterior mold as an exterior material for construction. A method for manufacturing an integral type architecture exterior mold comprises the steps of forming an artificial marble surface on an integral type mold. An alkalic fiber is coated on the artificial marble surface formed on the integral type mold. A reinforced steel frame is put into the integral type mold and artificial marble material mixed with the alkalic fiber is coated on the integral type mold. The rear surface of the product is subject to the finish process, thereby forming the integral type architecture exterior mold.

본 발명은 건축외장몰딩의 제조방법에 관한것이다. 종래에는 인조대리석외장 몰딩을 30-40M/M 두께로 제작하여 그 후면에 앙카고정하여 철골틀에 2-3 등분하여 시공되고 있다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing architectural exterior molding.
